About Thai Yoga with Cindy
My journey into Thai Yoga Therapies began when I observed a Thai Yoga practitioner using her feet to work on a client. Shortly thereafter, in 2019, I took a 4 day weekend course in Indiana and immediately fell in love with this magical work. In 2020, I attended the ThaiYoga Center in Brooksville, Fl (above), for 2 separate intensive courses (13 and 17 days each respectively), in ThaiYoga Integrated Traditional Therapies, which focused on the Southern Style Thai Yoga practices, often referred to as Traditional Flow. When I returned in September that year I immediately signed up for a year long on-line course in Coaching The Body ThaiYoga and Trigger Point techniques, followed with 40hrs of one on one personal mentoring with a Senior Teacher at the School in Evanston, IL. Currently I am only providing Thai Hand, Foot and Ear Reflexology in any Thai Energywork Sessions.
My additional credentials can be read here.
